Eligibility for Return and Exchange
Products shall be eligible for return or exchange only if all the following conditions are met:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
The product must be in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact
Requests for return or exchange must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
Customized or personalized products
Products purchased during discounted, promotional, or clearance sales
Return and Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange request, customers must:
Email teacherfabric@gmail.com with valid order details and the reason for return or exchange
Await approval from Teacher Fabric before shipping the product
Upon approval, ship the product to the address communicated by our support team
All returned products will be subject to quality inspection. Upon successful inspection, an exchange or other resolution will be processed strictly in accordance with company policy.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case Teacher Fabric may cover the return shipping costs.
Teacher Fabric reserves the right to accept or reject any return or exchange request that does not comply with the above policy.
