Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to techerfabric@gmail.com, along with valid order details. Cancellation requests received after the stipulated time period may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Refunds are strictly not permitted under any circumstances. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it shall be deemed final and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds shall not be provided in the following cases, including but not limited to:
Products that are customized or personalized as per customer specifications
Damage caused due to improper use, negligence, or mishandling by the customer
Dissatisfaction arising from personal preferences, subjective expectations, or change of mind
Exceptions and Exchanges
In the event that a customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Teacher Fabric may, at its sole discretion, offer an exchange in accordance with the applicable Return and Exchange Policy. No monetary refunds shall be issued in such cases.
